Important Note
- If you want your trip to be a memorable experience, please cooperate with your trip captain/lead throughout.
- Strictly no drinking or smoking during the entire duration of the trip.
- Please don't litter or dispose of plastic waste along the way.
- Local authorities may occasionally restrict entry to a place listed in the itinerary. Roamoraa is not responsible for such restrictions, but we'll try to arrange a suitable alternative.
- You're responsible for your own belongings throughout the trip.
- Arrival at the destination may be delayed due to heavy rain, road conditions, traffic, roadblocks, or other circumstances outside our control.
- Please don't expect luxury accommodation — hot water and campfires may not always be possible depending on weather and location.
- You may be required to sign a medical declaration, risk acceptance form, and/or indemnity bond before the trip begins. Participants under 18 need a signed consent letter from a parent or guardian.
- Personal medical/accidental insurance is not included by default. Please inform us at least 24 hours before departure if you don't have insurance — we can help arrange it at an additional cost. We strongly recommend having insurance to limit financial risk.
- The views and scenery on a trip depend entirely on weather conditions and may differ from photos shared on social media.
- Please be careful while taking photos, and never risk your safety for a picture.
- Don't enter the sea, rivers, waterfalls, or streams without your trip captain's explicit permission.
- Please stay with the group at all times. If you need to step away, inform your trip lead first.
- Vehicle arrival times can be delayed by unforeseen circumstances — please be patient.
- If a batch doesn't meet the minimum number of participants, it may be cancelled and the amount refunded. Payment gateway fees and applicable taxes are non-refundable for website bookings.
- Participants must stay with the group at all times for safety and timely assistance in emergencies. Wandering off independently is not permitted.
- If a participant chooses to separate from the group for any reason, they must formally notify the organizer in writing. From that point, Roamoraa is no longer responsible for their safety or any incidents that occur.
- Seats on shared transport are not pre-allocated — it's first-come, first-served at boarding.

- Roamoraa can help arrange trip insurance at an additional cost, subject to availability.
